    I'm sorry, I'm suffering from OLD, so I'm sure I'm missing something.....what is the actual challenge?
    Is it just posting consecutively for 10 days?
    I am on a personal 30 day accountability challenge to log food, even when I know I've over-eaten....(which is the hard part for me, i.e., stop being in denial about my binging.... :) Is that what we are doing?
    If so:
    Lost 9 pounds since January first, 2023.
    Gonna exercise today with an old standby (A compilation disc I made from 5 different dance vids that I liked: 1 1/2 hours, all told).
    I fasted yesterday, it was the first fast under 500 calories (sneaking up on it...lol).
    Gonna do protein shake and vegetables for dinner (that's my plan, anyhow).

    It's been a while since I've been here, but decided to focus on weight loss again and this has always been a helpful tool for me. Lost 30 pounds last spring. then gained a few of those back. Have kept up my daily walks, but need to concentrate on nutrition.
