Day 25 and I've had to make a few adjustments to my diet due to hypokalemia and issues with my BP medication. Nonetheless, I'm determined to keep progressing from week to week.

I've been consistent with my diet inspite of being hospitalized for a couple of days. I'll post stats after "Aunt Flo" leaves town :(

Hi! I am new to MFP and this is my first challenge. My birthday is coming up in late June and I will be spending the summer in Europe. I absolutely refuse to be the "fat american" :s so I am determined to stay motivated and reach my goals.

Thanks! Day 17 and I'm still pushing ahead. This morning, my doctor said that she was pleased with the results, so I see no reason to stop any time soon :)

Day 10 of being consistent with my diet goals of drinking more water and staying within my calorie range. I'm thinking about going back to gym on the 1st to do regularly scheduled resistance work.
