Are you working out? I find I’m more tolerant with carbs if I’ve worked out. If I’m not then I try to keep my carb intake down. Of course we’re talking good carbs. Anything white is a no-no!

I totally agree with you Cheryl. The middle seems to be the last place even for women. Congrats, Jerry on the 26 lbs. A great accomplishment so far. Slow and steady is key.
