  • Also how much protein should I consume daily to still get weight loss results? What are some good sources of protein beside tofu? I am slowly trying to add some of that to meals. I seem to be falling behind with the daily requirement for protein.
  • One thing that i have learned on my weight loss mission. Is that the scale is a helpful tool to use, but photos are a must. They help me see physically what the scale may be hiding from me. PS scales are so dumb.
  • I have cut out sugar and am defiantly giving it my best to stay within my calories. So hoping to try it out for a bit at least to see if I get better results then my previous attempts.
  • The 5:2 style is what I was thinking of trying. I've heard that it will reset my metabolism. I have gone back up a little past 200 and I don't want the scale to continue in the wrong direction.
