i was going to say rice but i think it's carbs, period. i love my bagels, pasta, bread, cake, cookies. to the people who do well with minimal carbs-- cheers to you!

awesome! my 13 year old brother scrutinzed a sandwich i had one day and said, "do you know how much saturated fat is in that, and do you know how many people that's supposed to feed??" it's great knowing kids are more aware of what they're putting into their mouths.

they're really good, especially stuff like dried mango, but it's so good that i gotta keep myself from finishing the entire package too!

hahaha, to counteract the shock, CTRL + T

i tried the trader joe's chipotle flavor and it's pretty good! if you try some, do it with some toasted bread, mm, delciious.

my friends have been very supportive, and they've told me i look like i've lost a bit, and i think they know i'd like to get to a healthier range :).

what??? 6lb is AMAZING! don't let what she said get to you, because a loss is a loss, and 6lb is fantastic! sometimes people don't really understand the processes other people go through, so just carry on with what you're doing, because you're doing great :).

i feel you! for me, i look at circulars to see what's on sale, and buy accordingly. for example: onions - $0.80/ 2 lb bag frozen veggies - $1/ 16 oz chicken legs or thighs - $0.99/lb fresh brocolli - $0.99/bunch you'd be surprised how far you can stretch your buys. it took me a week and a half to finish 2lb of spinach, and…

i love looking at things like this. unfortunately, my goals are tailored to the desire of the supermarket-- i love looking at all the aisles, going at my own pace (super slow, i can spend 2 hours in a supermarket if i wanted to), and finding the things on sale.

hahaha, your bones are replaced every 10 years, but they don't shrink!

I'm such a California person (even though I'm from NY hahaha)

hahaha in all these success photos, people look fabulously youthful when the weight's come off, and you're no exception. well done, you look fantastic! and your advice can't be any more truer :).

wow, this is amazing! you're such an inspiration! there's so much change in the 4 months, and it's a motivation for me to see that you just gotta keep pushing yourself and results will show!
-
you look absolutely amazing! i love your arms, the tonage there is spectacular! one day i'd like to have arms like you :D.

my roomie baked some chicken drumsticks and they were delicious! she put in some oregano, some adobo seasoning, soy sauce, pepper, chilli pepper, and some olive oil. you can serve that with some sauteed spinach and rice =D. and a scallion omelet!
-
cut it into cubes, top it with soy sauce, sesame oil, and cilantro. refrigerate and eat, it's really good!
-
steam with some pieces of ginger, scallion and oyster or soy sauce. so delicious. but this way is best with freshly caught fish. my mom cooks salmon like this :D.

i'm not at my goal, but at my highest weight, i wore boy's clothing all the time. big sweatshirts, baggy jeans, dumpy coats, you name it. people got so upset when they find out i wore multiple layers. i changed a bit in style, not because of weight, but because i was thrown into a building filled with girls who use curling…

i really like the classes, because i'm grooving with a lot of people in the room, instead of doing it by myself if i were using the wii. if you don't have time, wii is a good way to go, but if you do have the time, definitely try the classes-- they're so fun!

uhh, around 10k. i usually go over my allowance by about 5k though. i dunno how people manage to stay within their range :/.
