I think using terms "nutritionally dense" and "nutritionally sparse" conveys a better idea of what is more mindful to eat or not eat, since it's more objective.

Usually if you want to lose but your adjusted intake is too low mfp will just put you at 1200. However that also means you won't be losing at the pace you originally wanted. For your health, it's probably better to stick with a higher intake and lose slower.

hey everyone! just joined as well. i got down to 163 a few months back, but i've gained back all of the lost weight, and then some. so i'm hoping that from now, and into the new year, that i'll try to keep my eating in order, and that i'll get myself more fit, and that my weight will eventually move down.

hahaha!! someone came up with a story for this one once-- an old lady washed her cat and popped it in the microwave because she thought it would get the cat nice and warm and toasty. when that didn't turn out the be the case, she sued the company saying that there wasn't a warning label saying cats couldn't be put in them.

ohh, what sorts of herbs and spices do you usually have on hand? is there a particular combo you like for certain veggies? as for me, i eat everything sauteed.
