silly question on setting amount of allotted calories

i accidentally changed my fitness and food goals, and wanted to change it back to the values i had before. i'm probably overlooking, but i can't seem to find the link that would allow me to manually input the amount of calories i want to eat each day. could someone point it out to me? i found it a few months before, but i'm completely at a loss as to where it's gone... thanks!
