I did this for a hot for halloween group, and I think it helped a lot!

So you post your goals and find someone who has similar goals. They will be your accountability partner. You check in with each other weekly and update them on your progress and offer suggestions back and forth. If your accountability partner doesn't check in with you, then you check in with them and help keep them on track.

    Preferred work-outs: Zumba DVDs, Jillian Michaels' DVDs

    I do a lot of walking for my job. I average about 5 miles per day (*AT* work). So I don't really count that as my exercise for the day. I need to get back to doing my DVDs again.. ugg. I was sick and in bed for almost 4 days a couple weeks ago and I am just now getting over it. So.. here's to hoping

    CW: 147ish. Probably a bit lighter, but I weigh differently on my scale at home than at college.
    GW (for this challenge):135, but I'd love to make it to goal. I really want to, actually.

    Preferred work-outs: I'm currently injured due to tendonitis in my knees, so I'm limited to walking, elliptical, lifting, and lighter impact dancing. Normally I run, play soccer, and tap dance.

    Preferred workouts: I love heavy lifting the most, but will be switching things up in the New Year. Starting a kickboxing class, ChaLean Extreme, then adding in elliptical, swimming, and IT on ergometer and treadmill.

    I'm being ambitious, so I definitely need a twin to kick my butt! :)
