    I think we're almost twins! I posted earlier, but I'm 47, 5'4" CW 149 GW 140, Workouts: Running, lifting, biking, snowshoeing! Oh and calories, 1800 but I'm tryiing TDEE as a test!

    Hey I'm looking for a twin! Not sure if everyone's matched up already. I've been working out lately and trying to keep an eye on how much I'm eating with MFP. So far I've lost 7 pounds in the last couple of months! The past year especially I gained a lot of weight due to not being happy with how my life was going and finally I've decided to take responsibility for my actions and actually do something to change my situation. Eventually I want to get down to 125 which is the goal weight I've had in the back of my mind for years.

    Age: 23 (Will be turning 24 in January!)
    Height: 5'7"
    Daily Calorie Goal: 1500-1700 (My goal is more focused on eating healthy and I'd like to stick to paleo/primal as much as possible)
    CW: 208 (hoping to get under 205 before the start of the challenge)
    GW: 190
    Preferred work-outs: Right now I'm doing the Nerd Fitness program along with Turbo Jam cardio stuff so someone that likes strength training would be preferred because I don't really know what I'm doing still and it would be good to double check stuff with them haha it doesn't matter though add me as a friend if you want!

    I am a runner, but I am currently recovering from foot surgery. I am a cook for a living, so I am on my feet all day and I don't count this towards my workouts. I have been using Just dance on the Wii, Zumba DVDs, and I'd like to start a lifting routine again. I'll also be back to running no later than the middle of this challenge.

    We sound a bit similar. I currently haven't run in a couple months, but am doing a 5k in a few weeks, so need to get on the ball :wink:

    Hieght: 5'6"
    Daily Calorie Goal: 1500
    CW: About 176 (been flexing between 175 and 178)
    GW: 155lbs
    Preferred work-outs: Currently doing 30DS. Like heavy lifting, pilates, running/walking, basically anything, I suppose (but have an injury so I can't work out as much as I'd like to)

    Shelly, I'll twin you! Our ages and heights are off, but our activities/food and goals are close. I want to be more consistent with eating healthy as well, and I love weights.
