    I'm Dolce and here are my stats:

    Age: 32
    Height: 5' 0.5"
    BF% = 33% (borderline obese)
    Daily Calorie Goal: 1,350
    SW: 139 lbs
    CW: Don't know, don't care... I want to lose the fat, not the weight.
    GW: 105-115 lbs
    SMeas: 38/33/38 = Banana
    10wkG: 37/29/37 = Curvier banana
    UG: 36/23-27/36 = Hourglass (luckily, I tend to gain and lose fat from my core, so this is totally doable)
    Preferred work-outs: Anything on DVD

    I'm Nina and I live in south Wales in the UK.

    Age: 69 (12.12.12)
    Height: 5 ft 6 in.
    1200 cals a day
    CW: 158
    GW: 140
    I spend an hour in the gym Monday to Friday before work - burn off around 1000 cals a day on the cardio wave.

    Preferred Workouts: . I've started up walking until I can build my endurance to jogging a complete 5k I've also dusted my Jillian Michaels DVD's off to do 3 of them per week. I just started strength training and stretching exercises

    Preferred Workouts: I'm on day 10 of the Julian Michael's 30 Day shred. I've been trying to couch to 5k and also biking, but the weather has made those not an option right now. I also want to strength train, and I will occasionally do the elliptical machine.


    ALSO: I'm open for triplets or quadruplets! The more support we give each other the better!

    Daily Calorie intake: 1520 but thinking of changing it to 1200 for 2lbs a week.
    Ultimte GW: 150 (will reassess when I get there)
    Preferred excersise: None LOL...walking, low impact aerobics...I;m fairly busy so havent' quite fit excersise into my routine yet but know I need to get moving if I want to see the scales start moving
