I’m also having success with intermittent fasting. Lost 20 lbs over the last few months. I’m trying to move on to OMAD. Two days of success on that. Trying to lose another 20lbs by May. Feel free to add me.

I totally can relate to you. I lost 40 lbs then in about one year of no motivation and bad habits gained it all back. Now I’m trying to loss it again. Half way there lost 20 lbs. Feel free to add me. Good luck on your journey.

I can relate to you my senior year of high school I lost 40 lbs in a bad way and then in college my junior year I gained it all back in around a year. I’ve lost 20 lbs cutting out the bad stuff in the last few months now aiming to lose another 20 lbs by May. My ultimate goal is to lose 40 lbs, but 20 lbs is reasonable…

Good luck I’m also on a weight loss journey to lose 20 lbs by May. I lost 20 lbs in a few months by cutting out all junk foods. I’ve started exercising 4 times a week and eating a low carb diet. Let me know how your progress goes.

Hi, I’m new here too. Created an account last year but wasn’t very motivated. Since then I’ve lost 20 lbs by cutting out all the junk. We can motivate each other. Goal is to lose another 20 lbs by May.
