  • Amaretti cookies for something sweet. you can trade the sugar out for your sweetener of choice. Very fast to make, easy to shape and can be used a sandwich cookie. :smile:
  • The only vegetables i' seeing there are carbohydrates - sweet potato. Whih is great, but when paired with other nutrient dense foods. You're not eating a nutrient dense diet and defiantly not enough fiber. A LOT of artificial sugars too. Aim for nutrient goals. And really, you NEED more vegetables. That's how you will lose…
