I love my JBL wireless earphones. They are made so that you twist them to fit inside your ear and they have decent bass. My husband hated them but I love them. They've never fallen out while I'm moving like crazy and have a long charge/life. Like $50 at Walmart, probably less now.

I got started with Fitness Blender. Not too heavy, low impact. I had to modify the modifications 😆 but dang it, it worked.

I've heard waist trainers actually weaken the back by restricting your waist/ab movement in general so I imagine that correlates to exercise. I would get some high waisted workout pants when working out that secures extra fat but doesn't restrict ab muscle movement. I've had 1 c section and man it's still weird 2 years…

For me, absolutely not. Instead of cheat days, I let myself have whatever I want if I REALLY want it. Bag of chips that doesn't fit in my cals? Yes. Going out to eat spur of the moment? Yes. This is silly but I used to work at a pizza place when I was 17 and had the best time with the other ppl I worked with. I was constantly laughing and had fun. No job I've had since then has been "enjoyable", hence me trying to get a degree now in what I'm hoping will bring fulfillment. Also, 🐕.

I really like Fitness Blender and Heather Robertson. They both have low impact options if you want to take it easy on your joints but still get that heart rate up.

Last thing I would say was about 6 Takis. I could usually finish a whole bag of chips if I wanted in the past so it was ok. Trying to keep chips out of my diet because I don't have enough control yet but I have no regrets.

I like them, especially the low impact ones. Heather Robertson is awesome too.

I recently found crystallized orange, lemon and lime packets that are much easier to use on the go or whatever. "Just Lime" etc. The less cokes I drink, the less I want them. You could also try fruit infuser water bottles and try different fruit. Good luck!

I had a salad that was a total rip off. I don't understand how it could have even been 250 cals but I guess feta and croutons were the culprit. Plus the dressing which is a staple for the salad, an additional 140 cals. Not filling in the least.
