Trying to add you but the app is being wonky again! I have about 100lb to lose as well and can totally relate to wanting to be energetic and active for our kids! Good luck to you!

I started at 295 in May. Not that I wish anyone to be in the same situation but it's refreshing to know you're in the same boat as many. You got this.

I have very similar stats as you. Congrats on your little guy. Add me if you'd like 😊. I'm on here all the freakin time.

I have a bunch to lose but I'm getting there slowly but surely. Congrats on your loss already!

In my opinion, the feeling of knowing you gave up is worse than tripping and falling like this past week for you. You have to get back up. I'm sure you didn't do much damage. This stuff is HARD. Seems impossible at times and that's ok. You can feel like crap and still keep going. Accept your feeling but keep going.

I'm super active here if you want to add me! It's a long road for a lot of us and I could use all the support I can get. 🥰

There's really no way around the fact that it will take time. You have HAVE to come to terms with that and accept it. 2lb is a lot. Find something that weighs 2lb, feel the weight of it and be glad that's off your body. Just know the process is exponentially longer if you quit. Good luck love.

I'm down 20lb and on my way to hopefully another 100lb. I have a long long way to go but I'm atleast on that road. Best wishes to you. Add me if you would like support!

Awesome. Remember you'll have good and bad days, it's all part of it. You got this.

Hi! I have ancestral roots in Mexico 🇲🇽. Wishing you a positive journey here. Add me if you'd like 👍.

It's 50/50 for me which sucks bad when I think I have a major loss and it ends up being a gain. All part of the process I guess. I wish weight loss was linear.

Get through today with the best decisions possible. Then you start tomorrow knowing what you did yesterday got you closer to what you want. Before you know it, 30 days will have passed and then 60. As cheesy as it sounds, it really all does start with that first step. And I guaran-freakin-tee you your wife and girls don't…

32 with around 100lb to lose. My goal really is to be 150 and I'm about 274 now. Kids definitely don't make it easy lol. I woke up one day 6 weeks ago with that mentality of your quote and am on a more focused and committed way of living than I ever have had before. Good luck!

I'm also fighting my way down from morbidly obese. My SW was 295 which is the heaviest I've ever been but I've finally gotten control of my depression and habits. I'm now at 274. I love counting calories and being able to eat what I want if it fits in my calorie budget for the day! I couldn't do Keto but I have heard about…

Sweet potatoes fries are a must to try. I like Cajun seasoning or cinnamon.

My favorite are Bangs black cherry and blue fizz. I'm sure they aren't great for my health but I love em. Nothing less than 300mg. The max amount for my weight is 700mg which I don't go near.

Well it's already Thursday but I'm going to post anyway! My goal today is to drink more water.
-
I totally agree. I like knowing when I can or can't eat something and just how bad a food choice is by assigning it a number that I can compare to my daily caloric needs. Hope you continue to have success from here on out :)

Thanks for the support everyone.

Hey, this time is it! Greatness is rarely achieved on the first try. You got this!!
