I have been in psycho therapy since October 2018. I have CPTSD, and while I still suffer many nights, many nights I don't. Therapy has helped tremendously.

1 bag of broccoli slaw mix some kind of Asian stiry fry sauce cooked in a pan on the stove with a few sprays of olive oil add some shredded chicken (i cook a bunch of chicken breasts in the instant pot, shred them, and put them in the fridge to add to meals like this)

I love dance fitness. In the winter its all I do besides walking for exercise. I do it at home, and I do videos on You Tube from the Fitness Marshall.

If you are looking to see certain changes in your body, i'd say 3 months along with counting your calories should tell you if you're on the right path or if you need to adjust your routine (ie more precise logging, hiring a trainer, taking classes instead of working out on your own etc.).

As of Jan 3 I was up 15 lbs. Yes, 15. I'm also curious what it will look like coming off. So far i've dropped 2.4

Take advantage of the free tour that the gym gives you. They can show you where everything is so you aren't wandering around feeling like you're in people's way :smile:

I have been working on this in therapy. Doing anything for myself seems to be too much, but I take care of my pets and other family/friends very well. Start by setting small goals. My first 2 were to shower every day and to vacuum every day. Go from there <3 good luck

I have explored this in my ED recovery. Excessive exercise is a form of purging. It is quite serious. I hope you aren't to the point of obsession, but definitely don't overlook a support group or therapy if you find you can't figure out the solution on your own. Best of luck <3

I decided to get Chick-Fil-A for lunch. I ordered the #1, which is the original chicken sandwich and fries, and I got a small chocolate milk shake to go with it.
