It's always something emotional with me. I've been out of control with cravings the last week or so, went to therapy last night and we figured out what it was. Something I had completely pushed out of my mind - or so I thought. Dig deep and do the work, you won't regret it!

Honestly this is how I felt before this change too. I have "dieted" all my life, but last December was the first time I was tired of my own bullshark. And it has stuck this time. Good luck - you can do it!

I know how you feel. It's so hard to get out of a mindset you've been in for a while. I am still figuring out how to incorporate carbs back into my diet after being scared of them for years. It won't happen overnight, and it can be especially difficult if you tie "carbs" with just things like chips, cakes, cookies etc and…

I eat them (not always specifically lean cuisine, but same category) because they almost always have vegetables in them and I struggle to fit veggies in to my diet regularly otherwise.

An exercise you can do on the treadmill to start - put a chair at the end of the treadmill, and turn it on a very slow pace. Sit in the chair and walk your feet on the tread. You can set them on the sides when you need a break. Something to try :) best of luck.

Ok, I didn't cook this but I assembled. I bought a roasted turkey breast from the Kroger deli, cut it up and put it on sweet Hawaiian sub buns with cheese. My boyfriend is now obsessed! He put some buffalo sauce on his too.

I'm going to make some shredded chicken in the instant pot tonight and probably use it for little chicken soft tacos for dinners all week . Might add some scrambled eggs! Probably cut up some veggies and pre-portion as well. Happy monday to everyone!

In a perfect world we would all be able to eat the foods we love and have no problem with moderation. OP, if you find that you are really struggling with moderation, that is OK. Some of us do have to temporarily, or permanently, refrain from eating certain foods we just can't eat in moderation. This is going to be a…

There is a show on Netflix about the weirdest things/creepiest behavior in nature and if you like this stuff it is sure to please you. I however, made my boyfriend turn it off LOL

Your body works harder to stabilize your temperature in really hot and really cold weather, but i'd say it's only notable when you also aren't working hard to do so. Like, I cage dive in really cold water, so I'm not swimming or really moving. In that situation, my body is working to warm me up, but even in this case I…

Exercise is the reason I was able to go to college, and I firmly believe sports kept me out of trouble when I was younger. Now I appreciate it for the self-care aspect. With chronic pain, I can't do most physical activities anymore, so I walk and sometimes have the energy for dance fitness at home. Long walks have given me…

I started with a goal to lose 73 lbs. The most I have lost in one month is 6. I've accepted that slow is better and there is no end date to this, so no need to rush.

Hi Billy! You can do this! Just take it one day at a time.... Eggs will be your best friend on a budget. You can literally add anything to them and have an instant meal. One time I even added leftover stir fry to scrambled eggs and it made it even better! Do you have an instant pot or crock pot? This could be really useful…
