I’m a night eater lol I’ve been trying intermittent fasting. So I fast 16 hrs (overnight and morning) and eat in an 8 hour window. I was mostly a night eater bc I wasn’t eating enough through out the day so I cleaned up my diet and started drinking tea and relaxing more before bed.

Thank you! I did all of that but it seems like the calories a day it gave me is soooo low :( I’m not sure. I’ve worked with a personal trainer and at one point in time, I lost weight eating about 300 more calories a day then mfp gave me. Ugh lol
