No it shouldn't by looking at the label. I thought Creatine was better absorbed with food and an insulin spike though?

Do some research. High salt diets are linked to obesity, belly fat especially. People on high salt diets also consume less water and are hungrier.

We had the best results cutting out bread completely. Even the GF bread (wife is allergic to gluten).

Mushroom and onion frittata and a couple pieces of bacon. Oh...and an orange from my tree in the backyard.

Huge fan! I have used intermittent fasting for a while now. Nothing between 7p and 11a the next day (16 hours). Every day. Cravings are gone and great energy.
