Not New but Struggling
Hi everyone, I am back to tracking everything after slacking off a bit. I've managed to lose 87lbs but a few of those have crept back. Just looking for more motivated friends. I do eat a diet of Keto/Primal/Paleo very limited grains and dairy. Kind of created a mix that my body responds too.

70lb mark!
Officially hit the 70lb loss mark today. Pic on the left is from today, tucked in shirt and all. New jeans are a 33 waist, way better than the 44 I was in (pushing 46 ). I am all the more motivated to hit my GW of 200lbs now.

Always use more motivation/support
I have been on MFP a while and never really in the forums. Ready for some more support now I think. I turn 50 next month and I am rocking it :) I started this journey when I hit 287lb a couple years ago...scary. Current weight is 220lbs, goal is 200lb for now.
