Always use more motivation/support

I have been on MFP a while and never really in the forums. Ready for some more support now I think. I turn 50 next month and I am rocking it :)

I started this journey when I hit 287lb a couple years ago...scary. Current weight is 220lbs, goal is 200lb for now.

I have always been a high protein low carb eater. Switching up to higher fat keto/paleo whole30 this year. All organic foods, grass fed and finished meats. I also intermittent fast every day between 7p and 11a and love it.
