Well, looks like Iβm just wasting my time and money with the ACV π. I appreciate everybodyβs comments so I can learn from you ππ» to improve this journey to get lean as Iβm still far away from my goal

Good question, lower intake calories and more exercise so itβs a combination of factors, ACV I would say maximize the results

I drink it twice a day, in the morning I add 2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar, half lime juice, and just a bit of powder ginger and cinnamon (both 0 calories) yesterday I have added cayenne pepper and so far it has been great, keep in mind Iβm kind of new on this and experimenting so not sure if the results are sustainable inβ¦

Reduce body fat % (and at the same time Iβve lost weight) at least it worked for me Iβve heard that for other people did not worked that well.. I just wanted to share it :)
