Hello everyone I need help here, what’s better? I have tried intermittent fasting and so far I got used to and it’s working but not sure if it should be better eat my goal calories for a day within suggested 5 meals per day (each every three hours) any feedback will be appreciated
I’ve been drinking it for three weeks so far and the results are great, just want to share it as it had worked great for me 👍🏻
Since my new year’s resolution I have lost 24 pounds (11 kilos~) and still I need a long road to go. I would love to share progress and cheers up with people so all together can accomplish our personal goal. Happy to chat and learn from others 🤗
