I do coffee with sweetened cream for breakfast, a protein bar for lunch and an 800 calorie dinner. If I still have left over calories, I'll eat almonds or walnuts to make up the deficit.

I drink 2oz of Coffeemate Natural Bliss Sweet Cream flavor in 3 cups of coffee every morning.

I had to look it up--so I haven't had it done. I have read of several on this site who have had the procedure. I would maybe ask this in the Maintenance section as those folks are "done" losing weight.

I drink coffee with cream and sugar. I make sure I stay within my deficit.

Log everything you eat and create a deficit. At your age, you are unlikely to change your eating habits; so don't worry about it. Eat what you like at a deficit and you'll lose weight. It's that simple.

Apple fritters and cream filled. I was able to politely decline all offers of said doughnuts at work today. I didn't even sniff them! I rewarded myself with pizza and beer!! Went over 4 calories though.

I take a multi in gummy format because I got a free bottle. I don't take it everyday. When it's gone I doubt I'll replace it.

Dismissing all women (and men) who have had cosmetic surgery as being "unreal" is not realistic or kind. Many, many people on this website have openly admitted to having cosmetic surgery; including the OP. It seems sort of like the pot calling the kettle black...

I've gone from 225 to 193--that's 32lbs lost and I still don't see much difference. I'm also still in the same pants size. It takes time. My clothes are looser but not falling off.
