I use broccoli, green beans, peppers, spinach, shredded carrots. cauliflour, tomato, cucumber, lettuce, a little shredded very sharp cheddar cheese and a low fat dressing. Sometimes I'll chop up a hot or smokey pepper. Hard boiled egg.

I did my work out yesterday. On leg day I might have to add something else. I use the total gym and I love it but it doesn't always feel like I got my heart beat moving - I was up above 110bpm for most of the workout but... I don't know. Legs are definitely worked out ;)

So yesterday was a 'bad' day. I did not work out and my eating went a little wonky. I was cold and tired so I curled up with my cats and vegged. But you know what else? That sucks, I hope the apple watch works out. I play volleyball in a league - it is a lot of fun. Good way to get moving during the winter months.

I got myself a fitbit with the HR monitor on it and I find myself pushing to get my heart rate up. I was playing volleyball last night and any time my HR fell below 115 during the game it bugged me. :)

Sooo I went a little high on the calorie count yesterday. I did a big workout on my total gym so I had extra burned calories but I did not intend to use them.
