IDK…I wasn’t perfect, but I wasn’t horrible either. Not a number I wanted to see, ever again. I’m hoping it’s just water. Recording, moving on, and working to get it down by next weigh day. Happy Friday everyone. June 2024 SW: 160 Challenge SW: 149.8 8/8: 148.0 8/15: 147.8 8/22: 148.0 8/29: 150.2 Challenge GW: 140-145 ish.…

Another plateau week. I see it a lot here…”Trust the process.” So I’ll keep at it. June 2024 SW: 160 Challenge SW: 149.8 8/8: 148.0 8/15: 147.8 8/23: 148.0 Challenge GW: 140-145 ish. I just finish Leslie Fast Walk. I’m trying to start the week right. Before I started I thought…This is going to be rough but get it done. The last day I worked out was last Monday. But it wasn’t bad at all. A NSV. I am my worst cheerleader. It’s normal for me to see how far I need to go, and I need to work more on look how…

@zichab You are right. Rain! We got rain today, finally! It’s been weeks. I lost track. It was a shower, didn’t last long, but it was something. Brown grass and dust here, everywhere. The temps will be dropping too. Walking outside is in my future. Yay!

Hello all. Sorry I haven’t been very active in the chat. I haven’t been on my phone much this week. My steps are doing ok. I missed the mark a couple days, but I think it was because my Fitbit died. I’ve been doing a lot of yardwork trying to get grass growing so I have been lifting, bending and moving. Everyone here has…

Good morning everyone. Not much to report the last couple days. 96-98 degrees, poor air quality. I must keep busy tho because I am reaching step goals, just no aerobics to get my pulse up. It is supposed to be better today, showers tomorrow, so I plan to get back at it. I’m impressed with everyone else, crushing goals!…

No routine yesterday, but I did haul gravel in a wheelbarrow up and down the driveway to shovel next to new pavement so I’ll call that my exercise. I worked new muscles and got up a sweat so good enough. We’re going sailing today with my daughter and her boyfriend so I doubt I’ll reach any goals, but it will be a great…

Finished the Fast Walking 30 Minutes again this morning. Not sure why but I am loving that routine this month so I’m going to go with the renewed interest until it passes. It’s definitely more challenging for me. The nightmare story of the airport and flying sounds horrible. I’m thankful I don’t have to travel. I am also…

Still chipping away at my vacation gain. The weight is moving, slowly, but it’s moving. June 2024 SW: 160 Challenge SW: 149.8 8/8: 148.0 Challenge GW: 140-145 ish. @Deeder522 I did the Heart Healthy today too. It’s enough for me but not too much where I talk myself out of it because it’s too long. I’m on a 4 day streak. Hopefully the weekend doesn’t derail me.

I got my after dinner walk in. I was tired and didn’t want to do it but committed yesterday with my SIL. I can see where a workout buddy would be motivating. I so wanted to skip it , but didn’t want to let her down, and she was thinking the same thing.

✅ Finished the Leslie 30 mins again tonight. I had the energy so figured I might as well take advantage.
-
✅ Started off right. If you need a change, this is my favorite Leslie. 30 mins, full body (kick backs, knee ups, front kicks, arms). Good sweat, fast pace.

@Elfirose33 You are crushing goals! You inspire me!!

Good morning everyone. Vacation is over. It was fun and relaxing, but now it’s back to MFP tracking and slaying goals. August weekly goals: Track and record every bite of food, three 30 min Leslie, two 20 min Leslie, two after dinner walks, and at least 10,000 steps daily. I really need to strengthen and tone. I know the…

I’m in! I’m going to pick up where I left off last challenge. This will be my fourth time, but this accountability is working for me. My activity calories are still off, and calories and protein are still up. These small adjustments have helped move the scale, slowly, but I’m happy it’s moving. I was very close to…

I am mid-vaca so I expected a jump from last week (2 parties, cake, ice cream, lots of junk) but I had a lot of fun. I didn’t reach goal, but I managed to maintain this challenge which is a huge plus for me since I usually gain this time of year. I will be joining next challenge. I hope everyone finished strong. 😄 5/2:…

I did okay with goals, only missing 2 days this month. I start vacation the rest of the month so I won’t be tracking anything. I want to be in the moment. I do plan to be careful about my junk eating tho. I thank you all for the posts and inspiration and wish you the best in your fitness journeys and hope you finish the…

I managed to do a Leslie yesterday and Coach O legs. I spent a greater part of the day picking vegetables and blueberries so got some squats and skooches in. The next 3 days are grandbaby days so my goal is to try and walk in the evening after she goes home.

This week I’m going to assume it’s partly water weight because I’d have to consume a lot of calories to gain 4 real pounds in one week. So my goal this week is to continue with good food choices and drink more water and see what happens next weigh in. Old me would have freaked out. New and wiser me is moving on. 5/2: 150.6…

I got my Leslie in after grandbaby left. Pretty pleased with myself. I was very close to just chilling the rest of the day, but I did it and feel good. I skipped the outside walk tonight as the humidity is thick with more of the same tomorrow. I finally stepped on the scale tho to see the damage from the last few days and…

The holiday weekend is officially over. It was fun but now it’s time to get back on track. I watch my granddaughter today, but I’m hoping I have enough energy left to take a walk.
