My petty reason is to say *kitten* you to the doctors that have neglected me again and again. An undiagnosed coeliac all my bloody life until at 18 it was found I had gallstones! I’d complained of stomach issues “you’re fat”, I had ambulances at my house from severe pain “you’re fat and a dramatic teenager” I want to say…

I was a size eight and am now more of a tight 12 so the main goal is weight loss. However I intend to be toned and healthy this time, rather than just thin. I have a PT to help me with this! Are your goals similar?
