Rediscovering motivation after an operation

I’ve added quite a few of you and oh my god the community is lovely! It’s really motivating having all of you and seeing we’re all humans who make mistakes and miss calorie goals too!
I’m struggling to find my routine and motivation again following me stopping after an operation. If more people could add me please so we can support one another I’ll be so grateful! Thank you

What are your goals?1

I was a size eight and am now more of a tight 12 so the main goal is weight loss. However I intend to be toned and healthy this time, rather than just thin. I have a PT to help me with this! Are your goals similar?0

I'm on my last couple of vanity pounds, though my goals are more fitness based as I'm a runner. Currently training for a half.2
