:frown: YESSS! MEE TOOO the shred is terrible on my knees, no one else seemed to relate, it is veryu hard! I do alot of treadmill walking through movies and netflix shows! I always do my eyes, no matter where I go, I use waterproof smudge proof eyeliner and mascara, no eyeshadow or anything, that would be pointless, I sweat terribly! lol

cottage cheese, splenda and pineapple... or a banana, ice, almond milk, splenda with or without pb2 smoothie...soooo good! sometimes I will just reconstitute chocolate pb2 with splenda and water or mix it in fat free cool whip, tastes like a reeses cup!! yummooo! :)

I think its because its promoted by biggest loser and jarred and you can bank on the calorie count and its reasonably priced and your brain thinks you are "eating out" I dont mind it really! And the salads are yummy to me! :ohwell: The breakfast sandwhiches are good to...ijs:wink:

fat free sour creme is grose, use a fat free grewek yogurt, sooo much better! A great subsitute and then you dont have all that artificial gook! let me know how it turns out! :smile:

trust me...Jillian Michaels 30 day shred, take before and after pics, you will DEFF see a difference!!! You will need 3-5 pouns hand weights and a mat...she slays me and I feel muscles that I never knew I had!!!!
