Morning everyone.... Weekly weigh in on 7/11/2019 Previous Weight: 237.8 Current Weight: 242.8 A whole whopping 5lbs in a week :( I know I was bad over the holiday and yesterday's team building lunch probably didn't help any...but I didn't think it was that bad. Lesson learned and now to fix it before next weeks weigh in.
