I have had three straight lower-carb days. Stayed away from slider foods. Didn’t stress-eat when life was getting to me. I really do feel so much better when I’m not chowing down on junk food. One day at a time - we’ll get there! ❤️

I am a stress-eater. Too much stress and I'm shoving comfort food into my mouth. I can have five perfect days and then POOF - gone in a flash. It drives me crazy! Mornings are great, but as the day progresses and life happens, I lose it. But, I keep trying, and that's what matters most!

Oh my - I could have written this! I view exercise as a necessary evil. My go-to when I need to move is Leslie Sansone on you-tube. When I'm working in the kitchen, I start moving with the video. All of the above are great suggestions. I often mix 1/4 cup of nonfat flavored Greek yogurt with 2% plain Fage. Pop it in the freezer for half an hour or so and it satisfies my ice cream craving.
