Lol thank you all! I ended up NOT giving in to my cravings. I went home and had a vegan cinnamon bar. It was sweet enough to get my sweet tooth down and only 90 cals ☺️🙏🏼🌱 I just knew I would end up feeling awful afterward and nothing not even a donut is worth the feeling of feeling down 👍🏼

Thank you! I read that woman should eat like 1,200 cals least I believe it was... but in a day it’s hard for me to consume more. If I drink my protein cold brew Koia vegan drinks (maybe 2 a day) then I sometimes go over to maybe 1,200 if even. Thank you so much for your response and it all sounds so yummy! I’m a huge…
