Yes, yes, and yes. For my exercise today, I ran 4.5Ms despite a 91 degree heat Index. It took me 42:30. Then I walked about 3 miles. Stayed below my caloric limit. Logged everything I ate and drank except water. I don’t log water because I don’t really keep track of my consumption. So I’m 1 for 1 out of 30.
