Ok thanks. So yeah it says allow 75g per person . And then says 75g cooked will weigh 185g which is 451 calories and 95 grams of carbs which seems alot for a serving for 1 person. The nutrition table on the packet is after 75g is cooked and weighs 185g? I would attach a photo but it won't let me on my phone .
