Obviously I care more about how I feel than the digital number on device operated by batteries. However, that doesn’t mean that I want to stop tracking my weight for progress. I recall asking for recommendations for a new scale, not life advice. Thanks anyways

My goal weight is 140, I put my activity level as lightly active becasue I am active while at work but not so much once I get home

I requested 2lb/ week for now. When I get closer to my goal I want to change to 1 lb or 0.5 lb / week. I don’t feel super hungry or anything like that so far, I was just shocked when I saw the scale this morning! I didn’t take losing water weight into consideration though

1200 is one of the options that MFP gave me. I didn’t think about water weight, that makes much more sense.
