Feeling stuck
I keep losing and gaining the same 10lbs over and over again... my goal of losing 40lbs just seems impossible sometimes. I know if I could just be consistent with tracking my portions it would end this cycle of lose/gaining the same 10lbs. Anyone else struggle with this? Or have in the past? If so how’d you get past it?!

Fitbit overcalculated calories burned??
I have used Fitbit in the past but never really payed attention to the calories burned becasue I wasn’t a calorie counter.. 1200 calories a day, is it safe?
My goal is to lose weight, I’m 27, 5’3” and I started on Monday eating 1200 calories. On Monday I weighed in at 179, and today on Wednesday I weighed myself and I am 174... 5 pounds in just a couple days seems extreme. Has anyone else followed a 1200 calorie a day diet?
