  • I like the Think Thins too plus the fiber content is good.
  • Fage 0% Greek yogurt- my fave Cucumbers and hummus. Sprouts makes a terrific chipotle one A banana Can of tuna fish 15 almonds Cottage cheese Many protein powders are around 100 cal Berries
  • Most of those meals are large and actually more like 2 servings. You may find someone local that does food prep that can meet all your portion requirements. I think you can just stick to the basics and prep yourself. All I do is weigh and bake chicken breasts. Everything else is simple and I log it
  • We don’t have Wink by me but the Enlightened fudge bar 70 calories 3g sugar is good. The Breyers carb smart is similar. Tonight I had a quest chic protein 135 cal shake for dessert 0 sugar. I put some psyllium husk in it. I was low on protein today so I had that.
  • I’m doing the 16:8. Second day. I’m eating lass that’s fir sure.
  • Most PCOS sufferers do much better with some weight loss and a low carb diet. My friend was put on Metformin after 15+ years of infertility and being over weight and she has a happy healthy 7 yr old.
  • I am 46, almost 47. I have lost 20 lbs and toned up the past 3 months. I hired a personal trainer and stuck to a strict clean healthy eating plan. Remember losing weight is 80% nutrition. You need to focus on diet more than anything. Cut out the crap and sugar, drink lots of water, and get active and you will lose weight.…
  • I agree. All my meals and snacks are planned out. I plan on staying well below my 1200 cals because I am a working mom on the go....I am just unable to eat all day. I don't have much more weight to lose but would be happy with 5-10 more lbs. I don't eat in my car....and really trying to avoid going to store or picking up…
  • I am also a binge eater. I was so bad Sunday it was a wakeup call. I need to stop doing it and have decided to eat between the hours of 11-7 only. I get a 16 hr fast in. I write down my daily goals in the morning on my dresser. Eat only between 11-7, stay under 1200 calories, drink lots of water, walk laps around my…
  • Great question. I LOVE oatmeal but the serving size is so small, a lot of carbs, only 4g of fiber, its not filling enough for me. I find it triggers cravings too because I sweeten it.
  • Same. I pack and plan out just enough to keep me satisfied for my 4.5 eating window at work. I am going to be at a deficit because I cannot simply, nor have the desire to, cram in all my before dinner calories in this window. So I am bringing with me 1 small meal, and 2 snacks to eat. I basically eat breakfast at 11 am now.
  • I eat easy to make stuff so I only meal prep chicken. I bake a few breasts at a time for the week.
  • Hi I’m eating at a calorie deficit already because I don’t have time to squeeze I all my eating. I find this a good idea so far as I cannot simply eatcall day. I need to train myself and mindset that I only eat between 11-7 and I stay below 1200 cals. I will need to occasionally tweak this. I bring all my food to work with…
  • I have a very unhealthy relationship with food. I just want to binge eat all day. I need to change my eway of thinking. I have lost 20 lbs or so, lost many inches, toned up and I don't want to back track and slip into old bad habits. I am going to do this until my birthday weekend, do my best to not totally binge. then…
  • I’ll still bE sure to stay under where I am now. I won’t be eating all day and I think I’ll be eating less than I do now.
  • I am an absolute condiment queen. I gotta fave them. For ketchup I mix Walden farms 0 cal ketchup with Heinz reduced sugar ketchup For BBQ sauce with my chicken I use waldenfarns 0 cal bbq sauce and mix with with the GHughes sugar free bbq sauce someone posted above it’s really good for 10 calories. Or I mix in la Victoria…
  • I have been eating the Enlightened fudge bar at night. 70 calories, 3g of sugar. It is not bad,
  • Chicken breast has a ton of protein 4 oz has about 26g. Fage yogurts have 18g. A can of tuna fish 18g. Hard boiled egg 7g. Turkey burger about 24g. Kasha go lean cereal about 12g. Sliced deli turkey at least 12g.
  • Good for you. Proof that weight loss is 80% nutrition. I roll my eyes at people who say they can’t lose weight because of a bad knee or whatever.
  • Fage 0% is 90 cals, 18g of protein, 5 carbs, 5g sugar. IMO that is the best greek yogurt out there.
  • These aren’t avail anywhere near me. I’m in AZ I was hoping Sprouts it Trader Joe’s Farriss them but they don’t
  • I have a dessert every night before bed. Either a choc 0 sugar protein shake, or the Enlightened 70 cal fudge bar.
  • Greek yogurt. Asparagus. Turkey anything.
  • I calculate net carbs but I still don't go crazy on the carbs. People like me with IBS have to have fiber. I have to have 25-30-g a day. I try to stay under 75g a day carbs...and 25-30 of that is fiber.
  • Just letting you know I also struggle with binge eating and sugar cravings.
  • It’s lightly seasoned I think it tasted great without anything extra.
  • I am the same way. I see my DR for a physical in 2 weeks I am going to ask her to put me on Contrave or some other meds to take away cravings. I have a terrible sugar addiction.
  • I find cereal like Kashi go Lean and Oatmeal trigger massive cravings. I am no longer going to eat them while trying to lose. The serving of oatmeal is only 1/2 c hardly satisfying. I am better off loading up on protein and eating more food. I agree on diet soda I do drink -2 a day big deal along with a ton of water. I am…
  • All I know is that lately I have not been regular at all despite no change in anything. Frustrated. I have had 30g of fiber today, at least 75oz of water, a 290mcg Linzess. 2 doses of Miralax, 2 Apriso, Tumeric, and a prio biotic and not a darn thing is happening.
