  • Thank you! I needed to hear that today :).
  • How are you doing? I’m ready to keep going. :)
  • How has your week been so far? I’m still feeling motivated and excited and went to the gym today. I will go again Thursday and Friday. I always leaving the house, but when I get there I love it (well not the first 15 minutes :) ).
  • Here is mine... 192 to 170 (still more to go) but what I really changed in me was how much stronger I feel now. I never worked out, though I tried many times. I finally found a gym that works for me and they are supper supportive, so I have gained strength I didn't know I had. I am working on losing 20 pounds more of body…
  • I am following my doctor's instructions with my coach. They know how much I am allowed to lift and what I can do. The problem is that after the recommended 6 weeks I tried on heavier weights alone and that was not a good idea. So i am back to 15 pounds and being careful with my core exercises. • Thank you @Katmary71 . It is so tricky to listen to my body after surgery though. If I push myself too hard, I will be back at the operation table. One thing that helped me was posting my macros everyday to a group. So I am doing that now. I’ve planned my food for today and I am committed to…
  • @laceygaywilson that happened to me too! It took me 6 years to lose those first 25 pounds! After my forth baby, and being older, my body just got used to how I was eating and the non-exercise life. I think I was able to lose that at first because it was new. Now it is “getting old” so finding motivation here helps!
  • Thank you! It is good to know I am not alone. :) My goal for today is to stay within my 40/40/20 macro 40 protein/40 fat and 20 carbs. And going to the gym 3 times a week. That’s how I did it before, that’s all I have to do now. :) What are you doing to get to your goals? What helps you?
