My husband ' drive ' has increased a lot since losing a lot of excess weight. It's not something we discussed but it is noticable now.

Started at 280, now down to 166. Original goal is 140 so I would of halfed my body weight. Realistically that is probably still too high as BMI would still be over weight but I can reassess when I'm there.

Maybe try and find some people on here with similar goals and start height and weight then look at their food diary. Some people have their diary open which will allow you to get meal idears that may work for you. I'm nowhere near your size but as an example iv fitted in, burgers, pizza , meat balls , gammon , pie and fish…

Iv lost 8 stone so far and my food intake is still poor 50% of the time. It used to be poor 100% of the time at double the quantity. Iv only got 2 stone to lose now so I'm having to improve but I can garentee I wont be perfect, just working on staying close to calories and slowly improving choices . Good luck to you x
