Yes that’s true!! I’ve been back to healthy eating so the results are coming. Just slowly. With me, my body is weird, any minor carbs I eat and it reacts negatively so I’ve definitely cut down on those and doing more fruits, salad, salmon, and shrimp plus water of course

Well I’m new to this thread but I bought a bike about two months ago. Put it together myself and I challenge myself to do an hr of bike riding a day!! I’ve been doing great so far and clocking more and more miles each time!!!

That is the truth, you never know how “most” people are eating before they start a weight loss program. But no matter how they are eating if they now choose to drop calories they have to adjust some things. I definitely have never been a terrible eater but I decided to make better choices and add in more fruits and salads…
