How many times do you workout?
I try to work at least 3-5 times a week and I’m back to my healthy eating. It’s just taking forever to get back down to my goal weight. I know patience is a virtue but I think I’m going to increase my workouts and cardio💪💪

I always tell people most times the reason you feel like you don’t want to workout is because it can be such a chore but if you fit it in around your schedule, there’s less work to do. I say this because I’m a firm believer that the most important thing is to be healthy. When people go on “diets” they cut so many needed nutrients out of their lives. Only 2 weeks but lost 3lbs
I committed to proper eating and consistent working out and the result are showing. I only plan to lose 13lbs more but after that I’ll continue to maintain💪💪
