Make sure you are counting liquid calories. In the past I failed to do that when trying to lose weight.

One swap I made was making dips with plain greek yogurt instead of sour cream. I mix ranch dressing mix in 2 cups of plain greek yogurt and dip veggies in it. I have discovered sugar snap peas as a dipping veggie and it is yummy. I find recipes for main and side dishes that are as easy, low cal and decadent as I can. Also…
