Hello!
I love food! I'm in my late 20s, I don't eat beef or pork, and most days I am vegetarian. My weaknesses include cheese, carbs, and fried food - YAY! I've made a LOT of progress in the last few years especially in terms of meal-prepping, making healthier swaps, exercising, etc. I'm not new to MyFitnessPal or tracking my food intake but this time I want to be a little bit more serious about it. The goal is to find and incorporate the types of habits and swaps that are sustainable for the rest of my life. I travel a lot, I lead a busy lifestyle, and again, I love food! Therefore, I'm always looking for little changes I can make, build on, and sustain for a long time regardless of how chaotic my life gets, where I travel, and what delicious foods come my way!

One swap I made was making dips with plain greek yogurt instead of sour cream. I mix ranch dressing mix in 2 cups of plain greek yogurt and dip veggies in it. I have discovered sugar snap peas as a dipping veggie and it is yummy. I find recipes for main and side dishes that are as easy, low cal and decadent as I can.
Also try veggies and fruits you haven't tried before. I didn't eat kiwi before and now it is in my rotation.
Another tip is to precut your veggies for salads and dipping when you bring them home. You may be more likely to eat veggies or salads if all you have to do is dump the ingredients in. I know it works for me.
