@enaudnaslow Yeah, my problem is/was always I was what you would call a bored eater, and usually eat twice as much when I watch shows. Thanks for the support, we'll find a way to get through this >o<;;

I wish you luck, I started a bit of a week ago, its pretty easy to track using their tools and nice that it also calculates the + from food and - from cardio. So if you really want to snack extra, you can run and save up burnt calories for a little snack later.

You could lightly lose weight overall, but then only tone your bottom half otherwise idk
