  • I lost 5 lbs first week (water weight I assume). Then the following 3 weeks lost 2.5 more. Goal is 1-2 lbs a week. The first time I tried keto a while back, I had lost much more weight and was less strict then. I wonder if I should up the carbs for a day to reset? I feel stuck!
  • Thanks for input. Definitely not overeating. I’m on a strict 1300 calories daily! I’d say 1-2 days of the past month I’ve gone over but usually keep it around 1250 calories.
  • Keto isn’t about no carb as the others said. It’s just staying below your net carbs for the day (mine is 20g a day).   • One of my favorites is Roasted Cauliflower with Bagna Cauda (warm olive oil with garlic, anchovy, parsley, capers). This is the perfect side for Fish, Steak, Burger, Roasted Chicken. Anything!
