Happy with progress so far! This week I tried to restrict my eating to a 3-4 hour window during the day and also ate mostly lower carb, focusing on lots of veggies and protein. Also worked out 5 days. I know the first week usually has the biggest loss, so looking to keep up my efforts this second week as the pounds start…
