I've started to ride for a few minutes when I take stretch breaks. Gives me something to do and helps me keep active since I still do a lot of sitting at this PC.

I keep an eye on calories and protein, in addition to fat and carbs. I do watch everything else since I like to stay as close to the suggestions as I can without going over.

Make meals easier to plan, while I don't eat the exact same thing everyday I do eat a very similar setup. I might spice my chicken or turkey differently since I got a good variety of salt free spices and veggies to go with it. Still, makes meals easier to plan and shopping is a lot easier to do as well. Morning! Off to see my dietitian today. Pretty sure I get weighed today too if not I'll ask to have it done anyways. I decided against having a scale here, I don't want to be tempted to weigh myself everyday. I'll get one later on, but for now seeing how much more I can do is a good enough judge of progress for me.

I think the weather will hold here long enough for me to finish my yard work. Super ready to get that over with before the summer hits, that way I can have the kiddo's birthday party after school lets out.

I had a pretty productive weekend. Added some non salt spices to my spice rack. Not sure if i should log the spices in my log since they don't seem to add anything to the nutrient list. Spent a little time on my bike, felt weird but its a good start.

I would like to know how the rocket ended up there too! Also, I think wearing matching socks is a weird choice. Your feet should be distinguished from each other. Not all twins dress alike.

I suggest having a conversation with your doctor and perhaps a nutritionist. They would be able to give you advice on how to adjust your intake and what your cholesterol levels should be at for your weight and intake.

I usually have lunch about 11:30 and dinner at 6p. I plan a snack between because I know a craving will happen about 3ish. Works for me, usually I have a yogurt and a serving of cheerios. Maybe try to work a small snack in? Could help you out with that mid day craving I make sure not to go more than 4-5 hours without any…
