I believe there was a misunderstanding. My original message says small sample of what I eat to stay fit. I eat real food. Quest protein bars helps keep me from wanting high sugar sweets. I eat quest product twice a day. I'm also a weekend Vegan. Sometimes just a one day Vegan. Got to start slow.
