My vision improved as I got older. I use to have to wear glasses while driving at night. Haven't had to wear glasses anytime the past 8 years now.

Very good! I never count calories since am very active. I only watch my sodium and sugar in take.

I've been going to the gym for 20 years. I stated what I observed. I'm not sure how what I said is body shaming.

The gym is my video game.

Thanks for the link.

What type of attitude, sir? I have the right mindset and work hard to achieve my fitness goals. I do not think I'm a fitness expert. I'm sharing what I learnt. What worked for me may not work for others but it doesn't hurt to have the info to give it a try.

No one said anything about going crazy. And walking is the best excercise. I do it often to switch up my routine and keep muscles shocked.

I always train fasted. I prefer working out mornings. I've walked and run up to 20 miles without eating anything. The days I plan to do long distance running or walking I make sure I eat enough carbs, protein and fiber the evening before. The next morning I am not hungry and have plenty of energy to maximize my fitness…

Workout hard to not have to wear dark clothing all the time. Look good in lighter clothing, too!
-
Also do different workout routines. You'd hit a plateau doing the same thing often. You have to keep your muscles shocked and guessing to continue to see changes to your body.

Eating whatever you want is not a good idea. All calories are not equal. You can eat a pizza with 1000 calories and feel like crap or eat protein waffles with 1000 calories and feel great. It takes more than just a calorie deficit to lose weight. You have to keep the body healthy to have the energy and mindset to lose…

You'd get better weight-loss results eating mashed potatoes rather than rice. I stopped eating rice 2 years ago.

There's time for everything when one makes it a priority. I wake up 3:30am to be out the door to run at 4am or gym at 5am then be at the office by 8am.

Renpho is the scale that I use and I think it's fairly accurate.

10k steps would do it. But very time consuming. Once you build endurance try to run. Walking burns more fat than running. And it's best to do it first thing mornings on an empty stomach.

Thank you!

I eat veggies and fruits. But only blue berries, raspberries and watermelon. Sometimes cucumbers. For vegetables, I eat spinach, corn and all bell peppers. I don't need every fruit and vegetables that exists.

BPI amino with Energy. Best supplement.

Drink apple cidar vinegar. It's all potassium.

Water is your only option. Add ice.

Maybe it was hidden fat. Got to burn it before seeing significant changes to body.

Thank you!

If I was being sponsored by Quest, I would have said go out and buy the protein bars. And I would be using my Instagram and Facebook page to do it, not here.I posted a sample of what I eat. Simple as that.

Have a cheat hour rather than a cheat day. Eat something you've been craving then get back to your keto diet immediately.

Im also a weekend Vegan. Starting off slow. But I'll never give up chicken.

Very true. How a person look doesn't doesn't indicates one's health. Fortunately I'm very healthy and happy at 40 years old. I like being fit. My diet and fitness routine is working for me.

No just my way to avoid eating high sugary snacks.
-
Yes a protein powder and special dark chocolate cocoa.

The waffle are not burnt. I added special dark chocolate cocoa and Nutrex Muscle Infusion Advanced Chocolate Protein to the waffle mix. I only eat waffles when I plan to run 10 or more miles the next morning.
