I would like to have mini goals also. Like you, cutting down sugars and pop are mine. But it's hard not to wish for a quick fix.

Is weight lifting the way to go? Compared to the elliptical? I never got into weight lifting that much but maybe I should.

Same here. Lots to lose and not sure how to begin. I'm not sure if I should attempt to go all in and eat barely nothing, like my spouse thinks is right, or take out small things at a time, like sweets or pop. What to do?
