Don't worry ur ok. Its supposed to be 1g per pound. Im at 134 and i get 135g of protein daily. If its supplement I recommend don't go more than 2 scoops daily.

Hellooo. I know what your dealing with cause happens the same thing to me. You just have to find something that motivates you. Or just wake on the morning and say i have to do this for myself, cause the reality is no one will do it for you. You have to think positive and find a little motivation that im sure it will…
